This is a good option if you are sitting at on Seconda Variante (grandstands 9, 10) or Variante Ascari (grandstands 12-20), or planning to watch in the General Admission areas near Lesmo. Another option is to take the 221 bus from Monza station which heads more into the town of Monza itself and will get you closer to the entrance gates (Black shuttle goes through the park). I found they were much of a muchness from both options. There was no hesitation about going to Arcore station again, no need to look at the GPS this time, and I was on the train after 6pm with not too many people there again, and arrived in Milan easily before 7pm.
